Got loan june 2000 for £3000 paid £85 per month min payment,paid £6500 aprox back yet still owe £2405 loan was with hfc bank now called benificail finance,c.a.b cant advise,the bank told me there is nothing i can do but pay more bu

    there is something that you can do! honest.

    it is a lot of money to pay.

    i have a loan with HFC and i got it in 2001, i have just asked for a copy of my signed credit agreement, they have 42 days to supply it, and if they dont the debt is then unenforceable, which means they cant make you pay it.
    and the are committing a criminal act if they dont provide it, and can be sent to prison for 6 months or face a fine of upto 5K.
