An ignorant suggestion from someone who obviously hasn't a clue what they're talking about and knows nothing about the subject other than thick stereotypes that they were gullible enough to swallow.

i think you should try to avoid that person as much as possible. if you can't try this... take up golfing, or baseball.... think of the ball as that person.... it will help anger towards the offense/nonsense that that person has put towards you.
