Before Word 2010, you could paste a screenshot into a doc, right click, and trim it; now you can only size it. What am I missing here?

Ok to answer your questions I have a Windows XP computer, normal resolution is 1024x768, resolution change is to 640x480, and lastly I do believe we have virus protection but not 100% sure.

Okay. Try this: right click the shortcut to it, hit properties. Then go to the compatibility tab. Iff the "Run in 640x480 screen resolution" box is checked, uncheck it.
