The word shizzle is also an adjective. An adjective followed by another adjective is a senseless repetition of words. Therefore the phrase "fo shizzle" means for sure, and "five shizzle" has no logical meaning. Alternatively, some people use shizzle as a replacement to the derogatory curse word "shit". In this sense you could create a new phrase "five shizzle" which would mean "five shits". At this time, such a phrase does not exist therefore there is no such thing as "five shizzle".
