  • You don't need a car to get a better job; get a bicycle or use public transportation, or even walk. Maybe you could get a job which provides you with a car, maybe a delivery service. Or you could get a loan to get a car, or borrow someone else's car. Or carpool. You shouldn't be limited just because you can't afford a car.
  • Have you thought of going to school to get a certificate or degree to help you get a new job? It sounds like you are saying all the things that you can't do. What can you do? If you can get a new job you can probably find someone who works there already to ride with. Just some ideas. Telecommuting is becoming pretty popular again. Keep that in mind.
  • Teach yourself how to program, and design a website from home.
  • I don't know anything about Programing. I don't even know where I would go to find out more about it.
  • Well, you cannot be working full time and make that little. even at 40 hours, the averge take home pay would be about $300-$400 every 2 weeks. You obviously are living with parents/family/charity or possibly in abandoned places/campsites I know there's small towns where the pay has never gone up, but there's always ways to make extra cash. Work weekends, moonlight and such. Moving (If possible) sounds tough, but check the chairties close to where you'd like to go, usually if you're on the street, they can "sometimes" help you get a place for awhile, back on your feet type of thing.
  • Most areas have buses of some sort. You may have to plan to get on the bus line 2 hours before work, but that's the way it goes. Apply for jobs on the bus routes or in walking distance. (I've known people who walk up to 5 miles to get to work or even just to get to a bus stop.) If that doesn't work, there have to be people living around you. Offer gas money to get a lift into town. A cab ride might be worth the investment too, for a better job. There are lots of solutions to your problem. You certainly aren't living off of $80 a week. Someone is feeding and clothing your behind --- AND paying for your internet access. How about getting a ride in with THEM when they go to work. Offer them gas money.
