Have physic medium abilities, how do you deal with it, I have had these abilities since I was a child. It all gets so confusing sometimes, I don't exactly know what they want, and what do with it or think about it.

well, try asking them, Is it like overwelming to the point where its painful?

No not really, just confusing. Very few have actually done anything but appear but I had a little blonde headed girl appear the other night and she was just standing there humming and then was gone. Then I have seen a shadow figure, but it a little unsettling. Then I have had one touch my arm and it made a red mark on my arm and felt really warm.
