You're reading Due to a recent accident, my 92 ford tempo has a broken grill, its the piece between the bumber and the hood, dont think im an idot, but i dont know what its called its not called a grill at least nothin comes up when i look for one online. thanks

It is fascia (face she a)

For S&G, I wiki-ed it and got this little excerpt: "In British English, a car's fascia or facia..."
Given that I type/write the British spellings of some words (grey instead of gray), this might explain it.
