Absolutely...Santa has to obey the law, too...ESPECIALLY since he doesn't bring presents to the "naughty" children...Santa should not be a hypocrite.

Cops are not very sensitive to other peoples feelings when it comes to making a bust, they let everyone on the scene know that they are in charge, this includes children. It may seem insensitive, but this is what they must do in order to instill fear in you at a young age so you will respect there authoritah when your all grow'd up. Sad but true, I have yet to be proven otherwise. I am sure however their are some empathic officers that are out there that are more aware of the situation at hand and may take steps to avoid a scene. However it's hard not to make a scene when your tackleing Santa to the ground.

Well in my opinion, what good is a drunken Santa and what kind of message does that send our children, besides it is probably just a part time helper anyway. Book em Danno!!

They should strip him naked and remove his beard first so that the children can see he was an impostor and not the real Santa Claus!
