First, check the fuse. If it's ok, find the relay panel. There is usually a relay for the blower. Make sure the relays are all snug in their sockets. If there is another relay in the panel with the same number stamped on it, temporarily switching the two can help diagnose the problem. If the fuse and relay check out, I would suspect a bad or loose connection in the wiring harness. If you aren't pretty familiar with auto wiring, I recommend taking the car to an auto-electric specialist. There are far too many wires under most dashboards for most people to try to figure out, and you don't want to take the chance of accidentally losing some other system.
