  • Not with veggies only. You'ld need to eat a few nuts and berries too.
  • Not possible. No plant food provides B-12 and we are high up enough on the food chain that we can't manufacture our own. Though it's simple to get B-12 from a pill, one third of vegetarians are deficient and thus in danger of pernicious anemia.
  • I think That I would have to agree, as a mother of five and wife I now from my own research that today's fresh produce is nothing as it was when i was a child. A truely healthy produce item is rippened on the plant and not by chemials. The produce we get from some of the markets today are rippened artificially and have different additives added to prolong the shelf life. Therefore my personal answer is no..
