  • Plead before the judge and hope he doesn't barr you from him as a bad influence and a probation violation.
  • Tell the judge you did it..I didn't think there were prices attached anymore at walmart. I always have to scan my stuff on the scanner that hangs off the poles.
  • If you tell the judge and his lawyer he had no knowledge of it it should get dropped. My friend had a bf who did a breaking in entering, while she was driving. She was charged with accessory. Pled NG, he pled guilty and said she didn't know. Her charges were droppd.
  • i just hope that the 10 year thing doesn't become an issue
  • Like the old saying goes, "you are who you hang with". Being on a ten year suspended sentence quickly raised a red flag here. Ever heard of another old saying, "guilt by association and birds of a feather, stick together". Hard to believe your husband had absolutely no knowledge of the fraud you committed. He will have a tough time in court.
  • I understand your point of view. Prices are so high these days. You barely get by from week to week. I myself have done the same thing...........but that was way before all this modern technology. Anyway, usually he'll go down with you. Maybe try saying he wasn't actually "with" you at that time, he was somewhere else in the store. Either way, I don't beleive he'll be punished too much. If it's your first offense, you either. Think positive and pray about it.
