Use primer, but luminol can still detect painted over blood...just to let you know in case the forensic detectives show up.

You need a primer. Try KILZ.

First you need to make sure the stain doesn't get past the paint so use Zinsser as it works so much better than Kilz. I don't like Kilz. Then pain however.

You know, If you would stop killing them damn hookers.... you wouldnt ned to repaint.
