I live in the UK and am a British citizen. I own a villa in Florida. If I sell it do I have to pay any tax on the profit?

    no, but you must take all your money in 5's and stuff it down your short, then fly back to the UK. Customs will look the other way with a small bribe, ($ 10 should do it)
