We old hippies have worn sandals for years so I like them. I like being barefoot better. :)

I like them, I don't like flip flops on men, only at beach, but sandals are ok.

I would wear them around the house all the time, good for washing the car. But then i discovered water shoes. They stretch and just pull on. They are supposed to be water resistant. I do a lot of walking in the rain in the woods and they are great. I don't get ferns stuck between my toes, like with sandals.

I expect they're as comfy for men as women's sandals are for me. Jim has several pair. My son used to wear them, but he since graduated to what he calls "slippers", which I used to call "beachwalkers". He says in Hawaii they're called "slippers". He also wears regular shoes when necessary and gym shoes when he plays basketball, etcetera. But he is like me..loves being barefoot or nearly barefoot, which the "slippers" facilitate. :) ((hugs))

I'm sorry if I offend anyone here that wears them, but honestly if I see a guy wearing sandals, I automatically associate that with a wimpy emotional guy that isn't capable of taking charge and is very in touch with his feminine side. I don't know why i think that, again, my apologies if i've offended anyone.

I've really not heard the term "mandals" before. I see guys wear sandals/flip flops just as much as gals do in the summer. I don't see any problem with them. My only issue is anyone, male or female, who has really hideous feet, shouldn't wear them! But, how are you gonna stop that?

Mandals? Since when is that a new fashion? There have always been sandals around for both men and women, as long as I can remember.

I think the label 'mandals' is pretty dumb to be honest, but I'm a sandal guy. I wear mine all the time.
