Yes and no. Technically, it would do all the same things that viagra normally does - which basically helps more blood go to the penis. However, since paralyzed men have no feeling in their penis, it isn't exactly as easy for them to 'get it up.' I don't know how helpful, in that case, it would be. However, men who are paralyzed CAN have erections - with or without viagra - it's just a lot harder. Erections are actually an automatic response of the body and they can occur without any of the pleasure. There are actually paralyzed men who have impregnated their wives through what I'd imagine was very long and very hard work. LOL.
