Once washed the stain usually sets permanently unless you haven't dried them in a dryer. For blood use hydrogen peroxide, pour it on the area and blot with a white cloth. Grass I have no answer but commercials I have seen for Tide shows a pretreat on the area and then a normal wash.

Soak a few hours (not too many) in biological detergent.

Shampoo (for oily hair) may help with sweat stains and like Cognition said, hydrogen peroxide for the blood stains. Grass stains are really tough, but you can mix equal parts of warm water and rubbing alcohol and work it into the stain. Then launder. It's better to pre-treat clothing that is susceptible to grass stains, try Scotch-Guard or a similar product. :D Good luck!
