Does AVG interfere with video and audio on the internet? When I try to play a video it keeps buffering and stalling with audio and video and wont play. Please help? If not do you have any other suggestions?

  I am using free AVG 8.5. I get a note that my resident sheild is not active. I tried to reactvate it and it does work. I tried to remove Avg and it does not work also. Warning message: Error action failes for creating backup.
