We are fully self sufficient economy and we have technical and other qualifications to sustain any such circumstances.The Indian businessman knows where to get the item or service at the least price so He will go to the best and the most economical place to get that. Maybe even Korea or China!

That situation will not arise for many more years to come. The Indian Universities are actively producing tens and thousands of new Graduates every year to fill up the needs of IT industries.

I dare say the Indians won't be that short-sighted and stupid. The Corporate buffoons who thought they'd save big-bucks on outsourcing never anticipated: 1) that they were killing their own market, and 2) that the US Dollar would lose almost 50% of its value over just 6 years ... turning all those "savings" into increased costs and hefty losses.

In days to come Outsourcing the concept will dissolve and Global Delivery Centers will be powered up as they have started getting their. Most important thing is in case IT / ITES needs to be outsourced from INDIA it will be called relocating not outsourcing. And India has a good mixture of people and a young economy where more than 60% of people are below 25 Years. So its a way forward nothing backward.

The company I worked for outsourced some IT divisions to India and Singapore. I would guess China and Bangladesh might also be future hot spots for outsourcing.
