Only if the cop is totally overweight. I want him to feel bad about it and to work out until he's back in top shape. Otherwise, the idiots who run from police all deserve to be billy clubbed into submission.

Yeah! It's no fun when seeing the suspects getting handcufed and going to jail. There should be some crazy action going on.
