I've been rollerblading for 6 years.I bought a helmet and pads with my skates.Every time I go rollerblading I wear my helmet,knee pads,elbow pads and wristguards before my skates.I think it is a bad idea not to wear protection.Till now i haven't regret for wearing the pads and a helmet.I am used to it and I dont feel well when skating withought protection and I don't care if anyone thinks that I look silly because I think that I would look sillier in a wheelchair.So wear protection.

you can never wear a helmet becuase you are "too pro". i wear a helmet when doing new tricks or at a big/fast skatepark

no but i learned my lesson and it taught me that i should because if you dont you can get badly injured ive gotten injured more than once and its not pretty;]

I dont anymore because im very comfortable, but if your a newby i recommend it. if you dont you will learn soon enough why u should.

on my hands everytime. no kneepads. but i'd never go skate without handprotector.
