  • It's was not actually a question is the most likely reason. Statements tend to get flagged and it is flagged as "nonsense" since there are no other appropriate options. A lot of ABers feel strongly about questions vs. statements and think that statements make AB feel like more of a chat site than a Q&A. http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/451809 http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/544486 http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/415607 http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/868796
  • congrats to you finallypregnant!
  • Maybe next time so people wont have thier hissy fits about if its a question, turn it into a question like " I just found out im pregnant! Whats your advice?"
  • If you are referring to: "FINALLY AFTER 3 MONTHS...I'M PREGNANT!!! BE HAPPY WITH ME :)" beyond even the standards upheld by AB, it isn't a question...by any sense of the definition*. Also, most people around here do not really like being YELLED at. With all due respect, there are a hundred other sites in which there are a specific group of people who are using them to solely celebrate and commiserate their pregnancies. Here is one that I would personally recommend: http://www.babycenter.com/community On THIS site, perhaps you should've worded it more like; "After 3 months of trying to get pregnant, my husband [or whoever] and I have finally succeeded. Can you share with me the struggles you faced while trying to get pregnant and your joys when you finally became so?" You then, more than likely, would've been greeted with shouts of congrats and all the advice you could ever need as opposed to the wrath you feel was bestowed upon you. The only module on AB in which it is appropriate to make statements such as the one you made, is on your profile under "About Me". --- *ques•tion 1. A sentence in an interrogative form, addressed to someone in order to get information in reply. --- PS Congratulations on the impending birth of your child...it IS cause for celebration, just on a more appropriate venue.
  • Congratulations!
