depends on how open you are to sexual experiences. there is both anal and oral. if those two are out the window just try heavy petting, dry humping, and some mutual mastrabation. other than these i don't know what else you can do. i am assuming you don't want anything inserted vaginally so dildos and other adult toys are out too.

I wouldn't recommend it. 6 weeks is your usual recovery time after such surgery. This is due to the high number of stitches and also the fact that your body has had MAJOR changes and your muscles will also be very sore and stressed. Sex or sexual anythings, will put unnecessary strain on the muscles and could even rip stitches. I'm guessing you are either asking this for yourself BEFORE surgery or asking for someone else, because if it was you AFTER surgery I doubt very much that with the pain and discomfort you will be in you will even want SEX.
