Whenever I become angry or upset I always find myself stabbing myself with sharp objects, but not to the point where I start to bleed or anything like that. How can I find a way to stop physically hurting myself?

    You need to vent your anger more constructively. I like to lift weights or meditate personally. They have opposite effects but I find both to help a great deal.
