Mine stuck since 1/6 and just processed and no updated info .. They won't tracked. Called and left my express int'l number at the ics . Nobody picks up and it says they return calls but yet to hear anything. Getting frustrated. No letter that its been siezed or help up. I don't know what to do now.

I have contacted the ruling authorities on this issue of mail and packages being stuck at ISC New York Facility. The rule in USA is that they must process your package or letter in 20 days. This Facility is the largest on the east coast and they receive over 1mil items per day. Your item could be on a large container that holds over 100K items in it, and it may take 20 days. What you can do when the 20 is up? One , call the recording # 718-553-7392.Follow the instructions, leave you Registered confirm #. Secondly, you can call the facility # 1877-277-5511, but you will be put on hold for at least 20-30 minutes. Thirdly, go to your local post office and see the Post Master General, and tell Him your package or letter is missing or lost. They know what to do. If you need your letter or packaged to arrive sooner, sent it by FedEx. YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE! Unless there is something illegal or needs a permit attached to it, you will receive your package.

My package which is just a pair of IEM's (or what noobs call ear buds) has been at ISC NY for a week now which is just ridiculous. I've never had anything take more than 2 days to get through and its a b-day present that I might not get in time.

Try 718 553 7271. Leave a message. If your package is overdue by more than 30 days you may need to send an emal to the postmaster general.

I am looking for for numbers to reach ISC New York, Ny (USPS) office to check the status on my International package sent thru priority mail, but still on hold there for more than 3 weeks. Any Help?

Wow, Thanks for the number in all actuality ISC new york is Garbage why do they hold packages for so long that are not a Danger to anyone? Do they steal the packages from us or do they have crooked employees stealing other Honest people's goods, I think management at ISC needs to change and gets someone in there who knows what the hell they are doing..I have had my package in customs since oct 7th 2010 what kind of crap is that now it is NOV 29th 2010 over 40 days BS! I will be calling, these people mess with business way too much.

I do have a valid number for the NY Customs. It's 1-877-227-5511
Although, I need to tell you before you call, that the average waiting time is 30-40 minutes, and the only answer you are going to take, is that you need to ask for a parcel tracer in your local Post Office, if 45 days have passed from the date that it got in customs.

You might want to have the seller start an inquiry in the origin country, but that will take minimum 30 days to answer.

Although, I do have good news for all of you. If it was withheld, they would have contacted you about the item. So, it's probably lost in the process, meaning you should be a little more patient.

I have a package entered ISC on June 17th and still not inspected and released. Considering we are on a -off holiday- season why is it taking this long to release what are we going to do during holidays. I have enough boxes stolen from post offices in US. I am exppecting this package will come on time.

I was send the parcel before may 24,2010 but until now the recipient can not received the parcel my label no is CP 000 570798 ET & Dispatch no. 0073 / CN then please tell me the process .

I had a registered mail package that was delivered to ISC NY last week and the stauts never updated after much digging and calling around I got a number 718-553-7392, and I called around 4:30 and no one answerd, so I left a message of course no return call, but I called today around 2 and someone answered. I found my package had left there but its not scanned when it does only scanned in when it arrives- so its on its way to my local post office now where it will be scanned in and delivered to me. So long story short call this number and give them the tracking number- they deal with those starting with RR and ending in IN and you should find help.

I have a package that traveled all the way from Shanghai, China to NY, NY in 4 days, now, 12 days (and counting) in NY and still waiting to be delivered???
Thats a shame!!!

Seriously this USPS system is going from bad to the worst..... No wonder US economy is in bankrupt. People want to earn BIG, but work as little as possible...
If they are going to work like that, better to close USPS (or ISC), that way the gov can save all those salaries!!!

I have a package that was posted from Hongkong since april 13th 2010. Its been hanging at ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS) pending custom inspection. Can somebody help me on this?
