  • Logic dictates that an all-year daylight savings plan would, in fact, cost more. If it would save money and provide other benefits we would already be doing it. The only reason it saves money now is because society agrees to turn it on and off twice a year.
  • So what you are saying is, why don't we change our time zone, and move it back one hour? Daylight Savings Time is tied to the seasons. There would be no savings or benefit if we did this all year.
