Help answer this question below.

When i boot metal gear solid subsistence, konami logo is seen but after that there is disk and a question mark "?" icon on top left of the screen.

Get a piece of cloth and go around in small circles all the way around the disk. I know this sounds odd, but the same thing happened to me while I was playing Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater.
