hahaha i'd like to ask that myself.how bout 10 years?hehehehehehehe
-
it depends on your age i think. lets see... a twelve year old and a twenty year old. WRONG. a thirty year old and a thirty eight year old. thats fine. you know what I mean?
-
If one person is 13 and the other is 21 then I would say yes! But when you are both over 21 it really shouldn't matter so much. My wife is 5 years older than myself and we're a perfect match!
-
No its not too much of a gap. But, I think were all agreed, it does depend on the actual ages, thats more to do with maturity than anything else. I know several couples in their 40's,50's and 60's who have a wide age gap with their partners.....it seems to work better when the woman is the elder one.....wonder why that is?
-
there is no age in love.. and love know no age.. everthing is fair in love
-
Works for me. I'm enjoying my cougar status- ten year age difference;)
-
As long as they are over the age of consent then i see no problem, i have one daughter(26) with a guy 16 years older then her got two kids, another daughter (23)with someone 13 years older then her..... hang on a mo theres a pattern developing here.....
-
No, 8 years isnt too much of an age gap at all! ...As long as you are in love...age shouldnt matter
-
no I know couples that are married and very happy and there 12 years of difrence, it all depends if you love the person as much
-
only if the law sayes so, and outside modern society then it would be only if puberty said so.
-
I kind of had the same question. It's ironic because I am seeing a guy who is 22 and I am 30. I lied to him and told him I am 27. He is so fun to be around and it has only been a week but I really like him although I am thinking about ending it. What do you think?
-
the older you get the less it matters.
-
Nope, I am 23, and my boyfriend is 32. We are very happy, and that is all that matters :)
-
No. It is soooooooooo right!
-
No at all, I'm 37 and my girlfriend is 23. And it all works out just fine. It's just how compatible both of you are. There is no age for love.
-
No.

I've dated a lot of "cougars" (i hate that term) before it was what it is now...
-
My current partner and i are 8 years apart. My age is 17 and his is 25. I've been known by many to be "older" then my literal age (that is, more mature then my years - or lack of). So far, the worst situation we've been in concerning our age difference is simply the gossip rings of our hometown, which we both agree has no standing on our relationship whatsoever. Admittedly, I have alot to learn, which i fully acknowledge. However, Zak is not impatient, and so therefore age is irrelevant to us...for the most part. There will of course be slight differences in which we will not meet eye to eye, due largely to my own lack of experience, but we both believe that we can work through that.

I think it depends on the age of the two you. If you are 18 and he is 26 I think it would matter more, but as you get older I do not think that it matters as much. My s/o is 11 yrs younger than I am and we get along awesome, and she is my girl twin. We spend all of our free time together and we appreciate each other, and what we each bring to the table.
