Do you know which UC or CSU has a good anthropology program? i'm thinking about transferring after next year...any suggestions?

With all the changes going on because of state finances, it's impossible to predict. You would receive much more up to date information by going to your guidance counselor. I was just talking to my grandson about this last week.

I'm planning on going to San Francisco State for Anthropology. It looks like they have a really good core program, however the UC schools are more science-oriented. UC Santa Cruz is highly renowned for it's Biology-based programs, so if you're looking for Physical Anthro that would be the way to go. I, myself, am looking at doing Archaeology mixed with Physical Anthropology, so attending a top-notch science school isn't important to me. I love San Francisco, so the environment is a trade-off for the quality of the school.
