I don't have it, but prune juice works with most people. If that fails, I would suggest Imodium.

Avoid cheese, rice, bananas, cooked carrots and dairy foods. Eat fruits, raw veggies, whole grain bread, apple juice and use a product like Metamucil.

Drink lots of water, eat lots of fiber.

Fibre and water and just wait it out i had drug induced constipation not to long ago but i'm ok now thank God.

My grandmother used to eat 2 stewed prunes each morning to stay regular. Myself, I use two teaspoons of Metamucil every so often with a large glass of water to bring things back to normal again, and usually notice same day results.

Coffee actually helps my stomach. Drinking too much water bloats me. So does juice. It doesn't matter what other people say. Everybody's bodies are different. Eventually you'll have to find someone who's dramatically different.
