  • Spend time with good friends. Be active. Take up a new hobby or pursue a favorite old one. Volunteer, reach outside of yourself and help others. Fill your time with positive things. Time spent like this will help you to move on and not waste too much time looking back.
  • It's going to be a slow process, but that will ensure a healthy heal! Focus on yourself, surround yourself by people who love you, listen to music, cry, feel, talk , but most importantly -forget- about the other person. Don't call them, ask about them, look at pictures, or fawn over momentos. For now just make yourself a priority, you can revisit the relationship later. This will make you strong and beautiful and you will be a bright shining person that will attract lots of people who will want to love you. You will be awesome to the next person who is lucky enough to have you. You'll be ok!
