Think of a reason to leave that doesn't make them feel insulted. Or, lie about who the next company should write to for your reference and do it yourself. In the UK, a company can no-longer legally give a bad reference, they can only refuse to provide one.

Give ample notice to the company you are leaving and be sure to praise them for the experience there and be as nice as possible in your explanation for leaving. Also offer to help train your replacement. It helps if you are willing to help them in making sure things are run smoothly as they transition you out.
