  • I have not watched that case, but you have to be careful making judgments based on what you see on CourtTV. They do not show the whole case, so the jury likely heard evidence you did not hear.

  • For anyone that is interested, a civil, informal petition has been started on ipetition.com for anyone who either: 1. Believes Joshua Rosa was wrongfully convicted and/or 2. That the evidence presented was not significant enough to justify the conviction. Not sure that it has any legal bearing.
