HP Ipaq Pros Wifi internet data package not required microsoft mobile tons of programs etc easy to customize --------------------- Cons Notifications every time you send a text message really really loud vibrate mircosoft mobile kinda big Its a pretty good phone all around if you want a pda without being forced to shell out $30 a month for the data plan.

if you are looking for a cheaper brand brand of phones go with virgin mobile they have great non binding plans and some cool phones if money isn't the issue I suggest the t moile sidekick LX or an iphone (I am using it to answer your question :) ) both phones are great fun to use and easy for texting I stand by iPhone though
