  • No. But then I know that birds have poor waste management control (urine and feces). For them when nature calls there is no putting her on hold.
  • Not normally as they usually just go when they want. But I know you can potty train them so they must have some control over when they go. And my mom had a lory (which can have very liquid almost like water droppings, at times) and it would cling to the side of the cage and aim at my mom to squirt on her if she refused to take him out while she worked in the kitchen LOL!!!
  • I have 28 parrots here and they don't poop to make you mad or when they are mad, birds just go, and they always go within minutes of being woke up and thats usually when we greet them and want to pick them up. Also birds who have been stroked and stimulated to play often need to go, we have a linnie here who each time you rub her belly then flip her over, she goes.
