Help answer this question below.

I have about 3000-3500 magic the gathering cards trying to sell or trade them but the foreign cards i cannot get info on my brother owed me money and these cards were his payment the thing is i have to go by the price guide, any ideas,advice besides ebay!

    Look for a local comic and card shop, see what he has to say. They are usually interested in buying the cards. Unless you are selling significant rare cards, you will probably have to sell in bulk and at a reduced price, the book price is for getting brand new cards and junk. Hope this helps.
