Help answer this question below.

I have little bumps under my penis like at teh bsae of teh head where the | is - |D, i have NEVER had sex before, or any sexual acts, i once had some warts on my hands. is it possible these are genital warts or something else?

    Generally little bumps are just alergic reactions to something. Give it a few weeks to clear up and if you changed soap recently go back to the old soap etc.. Even an antihistimine will expidite relief of alergic reactions. After a few days of abstianance from ejaculation (especially with soap, if you find warts, try camphor and baking soda. Garlic can get rid of warts but do not repeatedly use garlic on your penis because it will eventually burn from the sulphur. It is doubtful they are genital warts if you have not had sex. Ever pass out at a party?

    Genital warts are an std and cannot be transfered from warts on your hands. I suggest you see a doctor it probably isn't serious, but it could be a staph infection of sorts.

    im the guy who wrote this, and i looked it up and i found something called PPP (forgot what it stands for) but i saw some pictures, and it looked like it , and it said it was mistaken for warts, so all good :D thanks you 2 for your help anyway :P
