its easy to start off well and go with all the flow of the moment but the hard work kicks in when you have to keep at it. set yourself some realistic targets and dont beat yourself up if you stray a little. but to help you id think back on all that hard work you have done already and think how you would feel if you lost all that time and energy by lapsing now. think of what you want to look and feel like and go for it.

You did great and now there is no reason to put it all back. I know the feeling, once we success we give up and carry on our old eating habits. Remember how much you tried to come to this point, try to set yourself a new goal a new weight. This may help to get back on track and carry on exercising and healthy eating. Also, get information about cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and kidney problems caused by excess weight.
