Is the attraction to women's (bare) breasts any LESS fetishizing than to their (bare) feet? After all, a baby drinking food is arguably reproductive, but how is adult breast play any more reproductive than foot play.

I would say no. There seem to be more breast fetishists than foot fetishists. How many women do you know who have considered or gotten foot implants? OK, the Chinese used to practice foot binding, but that was more a misogynistic drive than one toward beauty. Foot binding made walking any distance impossible. Like keeping em barefoot and pregnant to keep them at home. Breasts do feature in feeding the young. Hence they are tied to reproduction. But lacking feet makes reproductive survival more difficult as well.
