One of my neighbors is a murderer. I don't talk to him much because he acts strange like he's on edge all the time. He seems to just keep to himself. I usually just say hi. He did strike up a conversation with me once in a store but it was too wierd he was really close to my face and he was talking all over the place. I just kept smiling and kept cool and as soon as his attention was deverted I left.
