I imagine it would stay as it was ,there would be no need for it to change .
It would only need to change if it was in different surroundings , It would already be a colour to fade into the surrounding mirrored background.
Just my thoughts on the subject, an interesting thought

Chameleons change color to express mood not blend in with their surroundings, so standing on a mirror may make it change colors or may not.
