My husband created the turkey and cheese diet a few years ago. He would make turkey and cheese roll ups and dip them in tomato sause. Accompanied by a handfull of peanuts and a diet coke. I decided to go along for the ride. It worked, I was already thin, and became gaunt in 2 weeks. Like most diets it was pretty boring, and I know now that deli meat isn't very good for you especially 3 meals a day. I still think the lemonaid diet is the craziest. Ewww.

it's called the watermelon diet and it's simple :) .. all you eat is watermelon .. needless to say, i lost WAY too much weight that summer and i don't recommend it to anyone .. but that's probably the craziest i've tried/invented

When I can workout I'm on a high protein/calorie diet. I have to eat at least 4000 calories a day and eat at least 165 grams of protein. So I would have to eat 5 times a day and drink a protein shake before/during each meal. Seriously, it was tough.

all i did was drink a cup of milk for each meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). i lost 20 pounds in just two months. ;) but i wouldnt recomend what i did because at the time i had an eating disorder.
