Ok, we need to get on same page here, K??? When U say it "Won't turn over, it just clicks & spins." It tells me the "Starter" is getting power (how much we don't know)& that sometimes it "Spins" but does not engage the "Starter Gear" to the "Flywheel Gear". U keep a secret from Us as to the "Engine" it has, but see if there have been "Recalls" for this problem. It could be several things, none major Except a bad Flywheel "Ring Gear" which requires the Engine to be pulled out for replacement. BIG $$$. Check first the Battery after Charging & checking the Water Level & All Cables & Grounds for being Clean to the "Bare Metal". Then check the "Starter" & see if the "Bolts" are "Tight". If Yes, Remove the Starter & have it tested at Auto Zone/Checker etc.. If bad get a new one & TEST IT before U put it on!!! Save the receipt for Lifetime Warranty. John

Maybe a few teeth missing on the flywheel. If it is clicking, the starter solenoid is working and you have power. If you hear spinning, the starter should be doing its job, unless it isn't engaging the flywheel. It could be the starter isn't engaging or there are a few teeth stripped on the flywheel. If its a stickshift, you could try popstarting it or try pushing it forward a few inches while in gear. That will move the flywheel. If it starts after moving the flywheel a little, then you are probably missing a few teeth.
