Let me preface this by saying that I have not used the service, nor do I know anyone who has. However, they are spending millions on their TV campaign, and they have to recoupe those costs to make a profit. The only way that they can be doing that is by underpaying customers for their gold. This may not be the case everywhere, but where I live and I suspect in all major cities, there are brick and mortar shops that will buy your gold. I am further assuming: a) The price you get from a brick and mortar shop with low advertising costs will be better than cash4gold.com. b) You are in a posiion to get to one of these shops. c) You are concerned with getting the best price.
