Not much. Sometimes it's just the delayed posting reaction - two people can have basically the same answer at the same time. Not much we can do about that. If it's an obvious cut and paste, I've been know to comment, "Gee, I liked this a lot when I posted this answer [x] hours/days ago. :o)"

Nothing. Because there are answers almost identical it does not mean that people are copying, just that they think the same way on that subject. Many answers are very similar in meaning and content.
