Actually, there's a belief that you cannot list certian debts (Taxes, loans and such) for Ch 7. HOWEVER such is not completly the truth. http://www.bkforum.com/showthread.php?t=2191&highlight=bankruptcy+manual Is written BY a lawyer who knows bankruptcy. Believe it or not he's got the answers to many questions. It's pdf (About 90 pages) and so it's VERY good reading and infomation.

IRS, Child support (Some taxes if newer then 3 years) criminal fines, restitution employment taxes (That's if you have a company) student loans (Unless you can prove it would be an actual hardship to repay)
