Bring back the right to bear arms so people can protect themselves.

I think that the teens carrying knives need to stop thinking that carrying knives are a trend. Businesses should stop selling knifes and give teens a requirement, a permit. And considering that London has over 11 million people, 21 people is pretty small.

I think tough penalties, not only need to be introduced to deter the teenagers, but also placed on the parents and guardians of these teens. A lot of parents in the UK don't seem to care their kids are out and about all hours of the night. A national curfew between 9:00pm and 7:00am for under 16's should be introduced temporarily as well. It may not eliminate crime completely, but it will certainly reduce it. And it shouldn't be revoked until young kids stop dying due to the escalating teen knife crime.
