Providence. Why else would Brown have the highest student satisfaction rating (source:Princeton Review)? Looking at a map, New Haven is further south, which may indicate it is warmer, but it is nearer to the ocean and may get more rain or fog because of it. When I was in Providence, the weather was 70 and sunny. That doesn't mean that it is always like that or that it is better than New Haven's, but it does mean it is capable of being nice. Why do you ask? Are you moving to one of those places? If so, I would consider other variables besides the weather. Providence has a better standard of living, but a higher crime rate. Do either of those matter?
