Help answer this question below.

Do you think that a lot of the advice Dog Whisperer gives is actually just common sense and that these yuppie California suburbanites have these "problems" because they treat their dogs more like delicate children than like dogs?

    We like the show..well, Jim more than I. Caesar is not cheap, I'm sure..so those who have the money to take their dogs to him for "behavior modification" at the very least lead a comfortable life. We treat our cat, Miss Tigger, like a family member..I think it's inevitable if you have animals whom you love that you do that. If a dog bites or is dangerous to others, I think it wise to get help for him/her. What Caesar does may be common sense..but you know that common sense can often be quite uncommon and sometimes it takes a straight-talking outsider to educate us. I see nothing wrong with that. It's a smart person who recognizes his inadequacy and seeks help from experts! :)

    He has total common sense. Some of those dog owners seem like really stupid people who should not be allowed to own an animal.

    Yes. Those silly Californians are spoiled as fuck. I deal with them at work all the time.

    The fucking dog is not you're friend. It's a dog. Teach it what it can and can't do.
