You could try clicking on their screen name and seeing if they posted one on their profile.

Who needs a directory? They're just looking for your picture, Mrs. D! LOL :D

One easy way is to click on someone's profile, click their Q&A, click answers and sort them by the most points - that should work because their answer to the 'what do you look like question' is almost always one of their highest rated answers :) Like you for instance :)
