Some in academics may have a more complete answer than I have. According to my wage and salary guide it can be anywhere from 60,000 to 100,000. It also depends on the school and their budget. Each school district is budgeted a specific amount for each job on their job roster. Some pay more for each step of education and each year of experience. It depends on the state and the district. States pay different amounts for instructors and some schools pay different. You will more than likely earn more in a private school than a public institution because they have more money to pay.
